1. No Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Personalised Products

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised (Section 312g(2) No. 1 BGB).

This applies in particular to our custom-made, personalised RepliToy figures and objects created based on customer inputs (e.g. photos, images, text) in an artistic, cartoon-style interpretation. This statutory exclusion takes effect upon contract conclusion and applies independently of whether manufacturing or production has already commenced.

2. Withdrawal Policy for Non-Personalised Standard Goods

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exercising your right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (expertpal UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Nettelbeckstr. 15, 40477 Düsseldorf, Germany, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You may also submit your withdrawal electronically via our website (see Section 4).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Mixed Orders (Personalised and Non-Personalised Items)

If an order includes both personalised products (such as a custom figurine) and non-personalised standard goods (such as standard accessories), the statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies solely to the personalised items.

For non-personalised items included in the order, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully valid. In the event of a partial withdrawal, payments for the withdrawn standard items will be refunded in accordance with statutory provisions.

4. Electronic Withdrawal Function

You may also declare your withdrawal electronically using the permanently available withdrawal function on our website:

If you use this electronic function, we will transmit to you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (by email with an attached plain text receipt) without undue delay in accordance with Section 356a BGB.

5. Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. downloadable files), the withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has started.

6. Withdrawal for Services

For services, the withdrawal period is 14 days from contract conclusion. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely once the service has been fully performed, provided performance began with your express prior consent and your acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal upon full completion.

7. Other Statutory Exclusions

Statutory exclusions apply according to applicable law, including for:

• Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB),
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

8. Marketplace Orders (e.g. Etsy)

For purchases made via external marketplaces, platform-specific withdrawal and return procedures apply supplementarily. The exclusion of withdrawal for personalised goods remains unaffected.
