Personal figurines deserve a long life.

A RepliToy figurine is often more than just an object: it recalls a birthday, a trip, a pet, a special person or a shared moment.

That is why we want to be there for our work long after it ships. Should your figurine ever be damaged, get scratched, or need a refresh after many years, we are happy to look at what is possible.

Depending on the damage we may offer a repair, a careful touch-up, a replacement part, a refresh, or in some cases a loyalty-priced remake.

Every request is assessed individually — with the goal of preserving the character of your figurine as carefully as possible.

Please do not send the figurine right away. First send us photos and, if available, the QR code or serial number. We review the options first and get back to you with an assessment.

What we may be able to do

Repair small breaks

For example broken arms, ears, tails, hands or other fine elements — provided a stable and visually coherent repair is possible.

Touch up scratches and small paint damage

Light surface damage, small chips or signs of use can in many cases be carefully refreshed.

Replace missing parts

If a small part or accessory has been lost, we can check whether it can be reprinted, adjusted and colour-matched.

Refresh figurines after years

Some figurines accompany families for a long time. If one needs some care, protection or a gentle refresh after many years, we are happy to look at what makes sense.

Offer a fair remake

Some damage cannot be repaired the way we would want to stand behind. In such cases a loyalty-priced remake may be the nicer solution — provided the necessary production references still exist.

We look at the damage and check which solution makes sense technically and artistically.

Before anything begins we inform you about the possible options, limitations and, if applicable, the costs.

Only then is it shipped or repaired
Please only send your figurine after we have confirmed how we will proceed.

Please note

Every RepliToy figurine is individually made and finished by hand. For that reason we cannot promise that every kind of damage can be fully or invisibly repaired.

Whether a repair is possible depends among other things on the material, the age of the figurine, the type of damage, missing parts and the condition of the surface.

Where it is technically and artistically sensible, we always do our best to preserve the original expression and character of your figurine.

We also love stories after many years

We genuinely enjoy seeing how RepliToy figurines look after two, five or ten years and what stories accompany them.

Maybe your figurine stood on a desk for years, was part of a birthday surprise, grew up with a child or survived a small accident. Feedback like this not only helps us design better figurines — it also shows us what becomes of these little characters after they leave our studio.

Photos and feedback are of course voluntary and are only used to handle your request, unless you explicitly allow otherwise.
