Withdraw from contract

For goods made individually according to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). This applies, for example, to personalised RepliToy figurines made from your photos or specifications. You can nevertheless use this form to send us a withdrawal declaration. We will confirm receipt without undue delay. The confirmation of receipt does not mean that a statutory right of withdrawal exists.
