When glasses fail, they fail in predictable ways — too thin rims, wrong clearances, or bridges that do not print cleanly. This tool is part of how we remove those failure points, by using tested defaults and constrained parameters.

Yes — use the "Download STL" button in the generator. This is a beta tool; order integration may change as the system evolves.

What printer and nozzle is this tuned for?

Defaults target support-free prints with a 0.4 mm nozzle.

Is this "the" final glasses design?

No, it is a controlled system. Presets are tested, and the generator keeps experiments within printable ranges.

Why publish this at all?

Transparency. We want you to see how fragile details become reliable parts.
